NRF51422-QFAA-T Overview
In order to save board space, the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray.48 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.By Surface Mount, transceiver has been mounted.It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.8V for this RF transceiver.The system operates at a frequency of 2.4GHz.
