A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). 2:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~85°C TA. Circuits based on SPDT switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. There are 3 circuits in this switch device. An switch multiplexer with 25Ohm internal resistance has a value of 25Ohm. Using a single voltage supply, this switch device consumes 2.5V~6V volts. The series starts with Automotive, AEC-Q100.
