NCV8501PDW25 Overview


The package is delivered in a Tube case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 16 terminations that can be connected. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -40°C~150°C degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive. At present, it can produce an output of up to 150mA. As you can see, the regulator IC has a total of 16 pins. The regulator has a total of 1 outputs to make sure that it delivers prompt, sufficient outputs. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage.
