NCP81140MNTXG Overview
The system supports a total of 1 outputs. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad. It's ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The output voltage of this voltage controller is 0.5V~2.3V. This Surface Mount mount is universal and can be easily adapted. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Controller, Intel VR12.5 as well as other applications. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C. This external regulator requires a voltage of 4.75V~5.25Vas its input voltage. It has received a great deal of support as a SWITCHING CONTROLLER regulator. Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount. It is necessary to have a voltage of 5V for normal operation. It is recommended that the electrical regulator outputs a value of 850μA at the present time. There is the possibility of switching the voltage controller at a frequency of 590kHz.
