NCN5151MNTWG Overview
An excellent driver IC for common LEDs thanks to its enhanced 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this receiver.This Transceiver can transceiver is a versatile part that has enabled many solutions to serve a variety of purposes.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this wide receiver.Power supply requirements for this differential driver are 3.1V~3.6V.At any one time, this electronic part can have up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers.As its name implies, this ic receiver is designed for applications where -40°C~85°C TA is the operating temperature.This wide receiver has 20 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.There are 20 pinouts available on this transceiver which are market standard.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.On the integrator circuit, there are 1 drivers embedded.
