MUR160G Overview

Thermal resistance is a heat property and a measurement of a temperature difference by which an object or material resists a heat flow, and its natural thermal resistance is 87 °C/W.35A is the maximum value of surge current that can be used.In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 5μA, as indicated by the data chart.Breakdown voltage is a parameter of a diode that defines the largest reverse voltage that can be applied without causing an exponential increase in the leakage current in the diode, and its breakdown voltage is 600V.
