MTFC16GLXDV-WT Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. In addition, memory ics is available in a Bulk case as well. A memory chip with a capacity of 128Gb 16G x 8 is used on this device. There is a mainstream memory format used by this device, which is called FLASH-format memory. This device has an extended operating temperature range of -25°C~85°C TA, so it's perfect for a wide range of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 2.7V~3.6V. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Surface Mount is recommended. In order to select similar parts, typical manufacturers refer to MTFC16G as the device's base part number. The memory device has an 169-pin package, which encloses it in a small package. This part plays an important role in applications that target the e•MMC™ series of memory devices. Temperatures below -25°C should not be used with this memory ics. It is recommended that operation of the part be restricted to temperatures not exceeding 85°C, otherwise damage to the part may occur as a result of overheating. In terms of voltage, the chip appears to work well when the voltage is under 2.7V.
