MT9P401I12STC-DP Overview


It is recommended that the image sensor's dynamic range is 70.1 dB. A 1/2.5 inch format image sensor is specified. Image sensors are capable of supplying only 1.9V voltage. lmage sensors should, however, provide 1.7V voltage as a minimum. Image sensors should not be exposed to temperatures greater than 70°C. Electronic parts, however, should have a temperature above -30°C. While operating, image sensors can only carry 80mA of current.
