MT9076BPR1 Overview


In order to save space on the board, the 68-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.Telecommunications equipment is packed using the Tray method.Mounting type Surface Mount is used.1 circuits make up this telecom IC .Telecom circuit is possible to increase efficiency by providing 3V~3.6V with a higher voltage.At -40°C~85°C, reliable performance can be achieved.Telecom switching is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction.Telecom switching configuration contains 68 terminations.It operates at a voltage of 3.3V.There are 68 pins on this telecom interface.As its telecom IC type, it uses FRAMER.Designed to work with the supply current of 85mA, it provides designers with a great deal of flexibility.For normal operation, the supply current should be kept at 98mA.
