The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Bulk.The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 4-SMD (100 mil).In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 4.5V~5.5V voltage capabilities can be used.For its operation, 90mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.A variety of 4 terminations are available.
