MRMS541D-001 Overview
A protective Tape & Reel (TR) is applied to the magnetic switch in order to prevent damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in SOT-23-3 Flat Leads packages. In order to be effective, magnetic switches can provide a maximum current of 310μA. These switches are capable of providing a maximum current of 310μA. A maximum operating temperature of 85°C can be set for the magnetic switches. This magnetic switch, however, must be operational at a temperature greater than -40°C.
