MRMS511M-001 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in SOT-23-3 Flat Leads packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 8μA as maximum current. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 8μA. There is 85°C maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the working temperature must be greater than -40°C.
