MRMS511L-001 Overview
Designed to protect magnetic switches from damage, the Tape & Reel (TR) package contains the switches. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in SOT-23-3 Flat Leads packages. In order to function well, magnetic switches should be able to supply a maximum current of 8μA. Normally, these switches supply 8μA current. For the magnetic switches, 85°C is the maximum operating temperature. For this magnetic switch to function, however, the operating temperature cannot be below -40°C.
