A convenient transport package is provided in LGA-27 .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.The power management is designed for use with applications at Buck Converters .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) .The power management operates at 3V ~ 3.6V volts.It is based on the series Intelli-Phase™ .It should be showing 20 A as the current output from the ic power supply.
