For greater flexibility, the 9-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 9V~18V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.There can be a voltage up to 120V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
