MIC23250-W4YMT-TR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-UFDFN, 10-TMLF® package. A total of 2 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 4MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.2V 1.6V. DC DC switching regulator's 400mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6 V as the nominal input voltage. The regulator voltage is included in the PMIC - Power Management ICs subcategory of voltage regulators. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family MIC23250. Voltage can be produced at 1.6V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 10 pins. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.6V. A maximum output current of 400mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. On the basis of --'s maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the switching frequency 4000 kHz is the maximum that the adjusting voltage regulator can operate at. In the top position of the switching voltage regulators, there is a maximum output current of 1 A Amps. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the HyperLight Load® family. An input voltage of 2.7, 5.5 V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. Switching regulators with ALSO OPERATES AT 1.6V; ALSO HAS PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE features are highly efficient and stable. 125°C allows switching regulator's stable operation at a high limit of maximum operating temperature. Reliability is ensured by operating at -40°C, the DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is supported by the voltage regulator. The DC-DC switching regulator is designed to operate at its maximum input voltage. 10 pins are included in this voltage regulator dc to dc. When DC DC switching regulator's switching frequency is increased to 4 MHz, reliability can be improved. There is normally a 0.4 A output current of DC DC switching regulator.
