MCP9701AT-E/TT Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To prevent damage to the analog sensors, they are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. For proper operation, this sensor has 3 pins. This electronic part has 3 terminations. Analog sensors could supply 6μA current when operating. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 3V in a DC circuit, however. When operating, the analog sensors could supply 3.1, 5.5 V voltage. In theory, this sensor can be powered by 6μA current. There are 3 pins on it. For optimal performance, the sensor's current output should be 100μA. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for analog sensors to 125 °C. In order for this sensor to work, the operating temperature should not be lower than -40 °C.
