Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 783-BBGA, FCBGA case. A Zero-Drift-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. For this electrical component, the recommended mounting type is Surface Mount, which is the most common.
