MC33901WEF Overview
Driver ICs with enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are excellent for driving LEDs with common characteristics.In the Tray package, this receiver is mounted.With its Transceiver can transceiver design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.The wide receiver can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In terms of power supply, this differential driver utilizes 4.5V~5.5V.As many as 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers can be used simultaneously with this electronic part.Applications with operating temperatures of -40°C~125°C have been designed primarily for this ic receiver.There is a voltage range of 5V for this line driver ic, so it can operate efficiently.The integrated terminations of this wide receiver allow it to drive and receive signals from data.Driver ICs are designed to work with a 5V power supply and this driver IC is one of them.It implements 1 transceivers in total.A sufficient amount of input current should be provided to the optical transceiver module's VCC pin, but not more than 0.065mA.
