Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured.The mixer RF has been packed in 20-WQFN Exposed Pad for convenient overseas shipping.If the supply current is operated in the range of 235mA or higher, it will provide its performance.On this RF mix, there are 20 pins.At85°C, RF mixer should run.A RF type of Cellular, DCS, EDGE, PCS, UMTS, WLL is provided by the RF mixer.The RF fet mixer is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis.The RF mixer comes from the well-known MAX9994 series.
