MAX98089EWY+T Overview
Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 63-WFBGA, WLBGA package. As a packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of Stereo Audio. Mounting type Surface Mount is used. At -40°C~85°C, it can operate normally. It consists of 2 / 2 ADCs/ DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 1.65V~2V. Digital circuits are powered by 1.65V~3.6V supply voltages.
