MAX9634HERS+T Overview
There is a 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. Buffer amps of this type are called Current Sense-types. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. The number of terminations is approaching the 4 mark.
