MAX77714EWC+ Overview
As a whole, it supports 4 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 70-WFBGA, WLBGA. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tube. There is a general voltage output of 0.26V~3.78V from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 2.6V~5.5V. The voltage regulator contains 70terminals.
