MAX6730UTYD3 Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 6 terminals. There is a Cut Tape-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-23 functions. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 225. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power management has 6 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 800mV for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. It also contains ICs of other kinds, such as POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT, which are included in the power management. A power supply of 1/5V watts is required for the operation of this power management.
