MAX6394US455D3+T Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference in this IC power. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.6V. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. 4 pins are present in total in this power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by MAX6394. To be able to work, this power management requires 3/5V volts of power. A maximum supply temperature of 15μA can be used.
