MAX30101EFD+ Description
The MAX30101EFD+ is a heart-rate monitor and integrated pulse oximetry module. Internal photodetectors, LEDs, optical components, and low-noise circuitry with ambient light rejection are all included. To make the design-in process for mobile and wearable devices easier, the MAX30101 offers a full system solution.
The MAX30101EFD+ runs on a single 1.8V power source and the internal LEDs are powered by a separate 5.0V power supply. A common I2C-compatible interface is used for communication. Software can shut down the module with no standby current, ensuring that the power rails are always powered.
