In order to save board space, the 56-WFQFN Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx Only with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tube.The system operates at a frequency of 2.3GHz~2.7GHz.
