RF Amplifier with cost-effective NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave Device Type.An RF amplifier with the WLL, WLAN RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tube.Due to its 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 3V~5.5V volts are available.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 10.9mA.10 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.1 functions (s) are included in the RF Amplifier.Various 10 terminations.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
