This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of NARROW BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 2.65V~3.3V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 3.5mA range.As a whole, there are 1 function(s) in the RF Amplifier.Different functions can be applied to 12 terminations.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
