MAX20327EWL+T Overview
Due to its 9-WFBGA, WLBGA packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C. DPDT switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A 1 circuit is present in this switch device. The voltage required by this switch device is 1.6V~5.5V, draining from a single voltage supply. There is an analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER integrated with this board.
