MAX20098ATEC/V+T Overview


In the 16-TQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3.5V~42V volts and has 3.5V~42V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C. It can switch at 2.2MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
