MAX16133 Voltage supervisor Automotive, AEC-Q100 Series
MAX16133LFM/V+T Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-23-8 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. When a supply voltage of 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA.
