M1020-11-155.5200 Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. 36-CLCC contains this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 155.52MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
