There is a SOT-23-8 case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. Buffer amps of this type are called Programmable Gain-types. A MouseReel case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. In order to be more specific, this instrumentation amplifier is one of the types of Amplifier ICs devices. 8 pins are included on the operational amplifiers.
