LT1506IR#PBF Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 7 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 2.42V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 4.5A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 15V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. LT1506 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 3.3V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 7 pins are required. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 2.42V. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 13.95V.
