In order to save board space, the 60-LFBGA package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray.60 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.Look for transceiver variants by searching with LMX5452.By Surface Mount, transceiver has been mounted.The system operates at a frequency of 2.4GHz.
