Fixed 2.54mm LM7915 PMIC 3 TO-220-3
LM7915CT belongs to the family of three-terminal negative regulator ICs which feature internal thermal overload protection, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection, and safe operating area protection. All these functions enable it to be essentially indestructible. LM7915CT features adjustable output voltage, high voltage regulation accuracy, and small output ripple. This device needs only one external component, that is, compensation capacitor.
