LM70CILD-5 Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is important to protect analog sensors by packaging them in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 8 pins. This electronic part has 8 terminations. It is possible for the analog sensors to provide 5.5V when they are in operation. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 490μA.
