LM60BIM3 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. There are 3 pins on this sensor for proper operation. In this electronic part, there are 3 terminations. In analog sensors, the GND terminal should have a current of 82μA. The sensor can work with 110μA current nominally. Sensors should have a current output of 10mA for optimal performance. Sensors typically output 580mV as their output voltage.
