LM336ZT Overview
An easy-to-use TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±4.02% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.49V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LM336".For applications with 10mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 400μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 2.49V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 2.54V.There is 2.44V voltage lower than 2.44V at the output of the voltage reference ic.
