LF347D Overview


It is packaged in an 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. An op amp of this type is a J-FET-type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tube case. In total, the buffer amplifier consists of 14 pins. Op amp ic rates 10mV for input offset voltage. This electronic part is recommended for mounting type Surface Mount. In terms of operating temperature, this instrumentation amplifier is well suited to a temperature range of 0°C~70°C.
