LF21115TMR Overview
For protection against damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). The magnetic switches are put into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages for safety protection. The magnetic switches can supply 200nA Typ as the maximum current for good performance. The maximum current for magnetic switches should be 9mA to be output.
