JANTXV1N5309-1 Overview
Including buck boost converter in package Bulk is a good idea.In the same manner as DO-204AA, DO-7, Axial, voltage regulator is packaged.Current regulator is mounted by Through Hole.Temperatures should not exceed -65°C~175°C during operation.An input voltage wcurrent regulatorh a value of 100V Max may be used as an input voltage.As part of a signal interface in a computer or other communication constant current regulator, 2 pins are pronged contacts.In this example, the current regulator has been mounted using Through Hole.3mA offers maximum design flexibility due to its output current.As long as 100V is supplied with the maximum voltage, it is supported.The Military, MIL-PRF-19500/463 series of FPGAs fall into this category.For reliability, it operates at a maximum operating temperature of 175°C.In order to operate the boost controller, it should be kept at a temperature greater than -65°C.
