IR3802MTR1PBF Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 15-PowerVQFN package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 600kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 21V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the IR3802 family is represented. By using the 12V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. In the SupIRBuck® family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
