500pA 150 dB Instrumentational OP Amps 0.003μA 1.7V~5.5V INA190 SOT-23-8
INA190A4IDDFT Overview
Op amp is packaged in SOT-23-8 case. Op amps are Current Sense types of amplifier on the chip. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations approaches 8. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 1.8V. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type of operational amplifiers. With regard to operating temperature, op amp ranges -40°C~125°C TA. There are 1 circuits on op amps. On the output type, there are Rail-to-Rail different types of op amps. To run supply current of buffer amplifier under 48μA. Zero-Drift corresponds to linear amplifier's series.
