IC40CNN30TAT1 Overview


It comes with the Module package to make it easier for you. Operating temperatures of -25°C~70°C can be suitable for proximity sensors. Electronic components have 4 pins. In order to achieve maximum efficiency, proximity sensors should be supplied with a voltage of 250V. Reed switches' internal contacts should pass 200mA current to make proximity sensors work.
