HMC751LC4 Overview
The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.The RF amplifier has type General Purpose RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Strip.The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 3.5V~4.5V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 73mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.24 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.It has 1 total function(s).A variety of 24 terminations are available.Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
