This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.VSAT RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 5V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 66mA range.With 32 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.As a whole, there are 1 function(s) in the RF Amplifier.Different functions can be applied to 32 terminations.
