The RF Switches are designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Strip package.There are 16 terminations in this RF Switch.-40°C~85°C should be the operating temperature when RF Switch is operating.In this case, the high power RF switch belongs to the family HMC348.The high power RF switch operation of the system is controlled by 16 pins.RF switch ics with HIGH ISOLATION features are highly efficient and stable.RF switch ics operate with 1.1mA supply currents.The RF switch ic type is Cellular, CATV.It is possible for the RF Switch to supply voltages of 4.5V~5.5V.
