Using the Strip package, the RF Switches optimize the performance of the RF Switches.A RF Switch consists of 24 terminations.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.HMC253 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 24 pins are required.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to its CMOS/TTL COMPATIBLE feature.A 6mA supply current is required to power this RF switch ic.An RF switch ic with the General Purpose RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 5V volts are available.
